Bottling the Beer @ Brew It Up
On Wednesday, February 8th, a small group of our members got together at Brew it Up on 14th street in Downtown Sacramento. Weeks earlier, a group got together and made the actual concoction. It took a few weeks to brew and ferment (not sure of the actual terms). The event was sponsored by the Rotary Club of West Sacramento (aka; "Lunch Club", "Fuddy Duddy Club", and "Brewing Veterans.")
The "other" club was represented, but will not bottle their beer for another week. The beer will be auctioned off to raise money for Rotary programs.
